TicketSpreadsheet provides a spreadsheet-based ticketing and booking system. Your Google Sheet is the source of truth for your bookings; this application helps you collect, watch, and follow up on them. This page explains what data we handle and why.

1. What we collect

Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a Google account identifier so you can log in to your workspace.
OAuth credentials — we store a refresh token (encrypted at rest) so the application can create and update only the Google Sheets that TicketSpreadsheet sets up for your forms.
Form submissions — data your customers submit through your forms is written to your own Google Sheet. To make the ticket list fast, we keep a local mirror of those rows (id, row number, your form's field values, and any notes you add in the app).
Notification email addresses — the email addresses of your workspace users, used to deliver "new ticket" notifications.

2. How we use data

To keep you signed in and to operate your workspace.
To create and maintain the spreadsheet(s) connected to your forms, and to sync ticket/booking rows between the spreadsheet and the app.
To send email notifications when a new ticket arrives (through our email provider, Resend).

3. Your Google data & scope

When you authorize TicketSpreadsheet, Google asks you to allow access only to the specific Google Drive files that you use with this app. We never see, access, or touch your other Drive files. Each form owns the spreadsheet we create for it; you can disconnect or delete a form at any time from your own account.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate TicketSpreadsheet, such as Google (Sheets/Drive hosting and sign-in) and our email delivery provider (Resend). We store OAuth tokens encrypted, and communications are protected by HTTPS in production.

5. Retention & deletion

Deleting a form from TicketSpreadsheet removes its mirror data from our system. Deleting rows directly in your spreadsheet is always under your control, since your spreadsheet remains the source of truth. You can also request account removal by contacting the workspace administrator or us directly.
