Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TicketSpreadsheet (the “Service”), a spreadsheet-based ticketing and booking system. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf too.

1. Using the Service

TicketSpreadsheet helps you capture bookings through custom forms and manage them through a Google Sheet that your team already knows. The spreadsheet connected to each form is the source of truth for your tickets; this application helps you collect, watch, and follow up on them.

2. Accounts & Google sign-in

You need a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You are responsible for managing access to your workspace and any forms you create.

3. Your data & spreadsheets

We only ever access the specific Google Sheets that you connect to the Service. When you authorize TicketSpreadsheet, Google shows you the exact Drive files we can access; we never see, access, or touch your other files.
Each form owns the spreadsheet we create for it, and that spreadsheet remains yours at all times. You can disconnect or delete a form from your own account whenever you like.
To make the ticket list fast, we keep a local mirror of the rows written to your sheets (ticket id, row number, your form's field values, and any notes you add in the app). Deleting a form removes its mirror data from our system.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, or in a way that violates someone else's rights or privacy.
Do not send spam, harass others, upload malicious content, or interfere with the Service or other users' workspaces.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
We may suspend access to the Service if we reasonably believe these rules are being violated.
We reserve the right to limit API calls, request volumes, or bandwidth if your usage unreasonably overloads our infrastructure.

5. Your responsibilities for data you collect

You are responsible for the forms you publish and for everything your customers submit through them, including collecting any personal data lawfully (for example, providing appropriate notice and getting consent where required). It is up to you to comply with any laws that apply to your bookings and to monitor and respond to them. We do not review the contents of your spreadsheets.

6. Notifications, payments & third-party services

When a new ticket arrives we send notifications by email through a third-party provider (Resend). The Service also depends on Google (Sheets, Drive, and sign-in) and other providers. From time to time those services may be unavailable, and we are not responsible for outages or failures caused by them.

If TicketSpreadsheet integrates with a payment gateway (for example Midtrans, Stripe, or Xendit) so that you can sell paid tickets, payments are collected and processed between you and your ticket buyers through that gateway. TicketSpreadsheet is not a party to the sale between you and your buyers and is not responsible for handling, enforcing, or refunding payments between them; you are responsible for managing refunds and payment disputes under your own terms and any applicable law.

7. Availability & changes to the Service

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may add, change, or remove features over time. Where a change materially harms your use of the Service, we will try to give you reasonable notice. We may also temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. Deleting a form removes its mirror data from our systems; your spreadsheets always stay yours and under your control. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as those on disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketSpreadsheet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or through the Service). Continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
